Venue hire fees and booking process

Using our spaces couldn't be easier, make an enquiry with us in person at the information desk or send us an enquiry form that provides the team essential information about what you are looking to host with us. The team will let you know what availability we have and which space your event is best suited to, after the initial conversation we will invite you in to see the space and talk through the finer details as well as make introduction to our catering supplier The University Catering service. 

Should you decide you would like to move forward with your event at the West Hub the team will send you a contract for the hire and confirm the booking in the diary and in writing to you.
