Mental Wellbeing

At the West Hub, we recognise that looking after your mental health and wellbeing is essential to thriving in work, study and life. We aim to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels able to seek help when needed.

We offer a variety of events and activities throughout the year that focus on enhancing your wellbeing and mental health such as mindfulness sessions and stress relief workshops. We have also have our annual ‘West Hub Wellbeing Festival’ which is designed to encourage rest, reflection and reconnection.
